Puradyn Filter Technologies Incorporated is committed to the highest possible standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. We have adopted a Stock Option Plan regarding Directors which sets out how our non-employee directors are compensated for their service.
We also have adopted the following policies:
Corporate Fraud Policy. This Policy was established to facilitate the development of controls that will aid in the detection and prevention of fraud against Puradyn Filter Technologies, Inc. It is the intent of Puradyn Filter Technologies, Inc. to promote consistent organizational behavior by providing guidelines and assigning responsibility for the development of controls and conduct of investigations.
Code of Business Ethics. This Code applies to all of our employees, directors, officers, agents, and consultants, which establishes a compliance program that is intended to ensure that policies and systems are in place designed to prevent and detect violations of the Code or any applicable law, policy or regulations.
Securities Trades by Insiders Policy. Statement of company policy with regard to securities trade by company personnel.
Ethics Hotline Policy. Reporters to the hotline will have the ability to remain anonymous if they choose. Please note that the information provided by you may be the basis of an internal and/or external investigation into the issue you are reporting and your anonymity will be protected to the extent possible by law. However, your identity may become known during the course of the investigation because of the information you have provided. Reports are submitted by Lighthouse to Puradyn or its designee, and may or may not be investigated at the sole discretion of our company.
