Just as humans use a blood test to monitor our health and to help diagnose for any current or impending sickness, oil analysis can likewise serve a similar function with oil drawn from the engine or transmission of a vehicle or piece of mechanized equipment.
The On-Site Analyzer can provide a full analysis of engine, transmission and oil condition and can be performed within approximately 5 minutes. The tests performed are directly comparable to those performed in traditional oil testing laboratories. The complete analysis is fully-automated, and the system can be operated by a minimally-trained person, without prior knowledge of oil analysis or instrumentation.
